Have a game on Sunday so today will be my last workout until the game. Probably lifted more than I should of but I was feeling good.

  • Preacher curl w/EZ-bar - 1x8x80 1x8x90 1x8x100 1x8x120
  • Rope push downs - 1x8x180 1x8x200 1x8x220 1x8x240
