Well, I just thought I would put up a blog to track my training. I should of started sooner. I have made some pretty good progress so far but still have a long way to go.

Chiro today.
Well my chiropractor said it's a torn ligament and if my doctor couldn't feel that I should find a new doctor. Anyway, did some adjusting and the stim and heat thing. I feel great. Should of hit him up first!
I started this journal 6 weeks into my training. I'm your classic Endo/Mesomorph. I tend to get fat quick but can also pack on muscle pretty quickly. I'm working more for power this time and am not to worried about getting ripped. So the pics I post will just be for progress, not the Arnold classics ;-P
I'll post my workouts and diet with the hopes of tracking what works and what doesn't.
