Well, I just thought I would put up a blog to track my training. I should of started sooner. I have made some pretty good progress so far but still have a long way to go.

Wed - Chiro day
Went to the bone cruncher today and got straightened out. I was going to do back today but after spending the afternoon at the dog park, I was too tired. So tomorrow will be a back day.
I started this journal 6 weeks into my training. I'm your classic Endo/Mesomorph. I tend to get fat quick but can also pack on muscle pretty quickly. I'm working more for power this time and am not to worried about getting ripped. So the pics I post will just be for progress, not the Arnold classics ;-P
I'll post my workouts and diet with the hopes of tracking what works and what doesn't.
