Well, I just thought I would put up a blog to track my training. I should of started sooner. I have made some pretty good progress so far but still have a long way to go.

Tues - ugh
Dealing with some strep throat and it has knocked the energy out of me. Just going to rest a couple days. Think all of the stress last week opened me up for this. Might get in a workout on Wednesday. Have to see how I feel.
I started this journal 6 weeks into my training. I'm your classic Endo/Mesomorph. I tend to get fat quick but can also pack on muscle pretty quickly. I'm working more for power this time and am not to worried about getting ripped. So the pics I post will just be for progress, not the Arnold classics ;-P
I'll post my workouts and diet with the hopes of tracking what works and what doesn't.
