Wed - Rest

I was actually going to do legs today but I worked late and came home with a bad headache. It wasn't worth it to do a half ass workout. This will get me back into my regular routine. Anyway, 4 Advil and a Sudafed later I'm not feeling bad. Hope it warms up a little by Sunday. I would love to get out and throw for a while.

Dude flipping b/t the pictures you're definitely losing weight. Keep it up, think lighter and faster!

Heavier and stronger! lol, I actually weight myself today and am 7 pounds lighter. I didn't even know I was losing! That's the best kind of weight loss plan ;-P

I just don't want to lose strength, I'd like to keep gaining. At least as much as genetics and old age will allow.

Thanks for the motivation!

Hey,

Speed gets me where I need to go. No way I'm relying only on strength...to small. I also have no problem telling someone they're kickin a little butt. We all like to hear it from someone else...so we know we're not crazy. As for York Bar, whatever Sat works for you should work for me..I don't have any long range plans except next week. Keep it up man, spring is around the corner before we know it.

Thanks buddy! We are not even half as crazy as we could be! My neighbor is quite entertained by my "training" He says my WOB setup shakes the flor in his office. He's cool with it.

Stay tuned for my next stunt. I am going to deadlift my Volkswagen. I'll try to film it. My neighbor should love that one ;-)

I did a Capri when I was young and strong. I'm feeling pretty strong now, so I think it's within shooting range!

Woohoo, maybe we are a "little" crazy.

I deadlifted a fiat cinquecento (means 500 as in a 500cc engine) when I lived in Italy. If you saw the movie cars he's the little Italian guy in charge of the tire store.

Well, the curb weight is 3005 pounds so I'm not sure how much lifting the back off the ground will take. I'm guessing it's around 600 maybe? Plus 6 pounds for each gallon of gas. The short wheelbase will not help.

I was working on it the other day and noticed it had what looked like tow hooks under the rear bumper and the first thing that jumped into my head was "Hey, I could hook a tow strap to that and lift it like the German's move furniture"

It will make a fun video I think ;-)
